How to reach us
Email syrixiaai@gmail.com. A person reads every message and replies within 24 hours, usually much sooner. There is no chatbot between you and us, which we recognize is funny coming from a chatbot company.
What to include
- The email on your Syrixia account.
- Your store URL.
- What you expected and what happened instead. Screenshots help.
Common questions
Setup, platform, and billing questions are covered in the FAQ and the refund policy. Billing is handled by Paddle, and receipts come from them.
Urgent problems
If the assistant is answering incorrectly on a live store, say so in the subject line. Those reports jump the queue, and you can switch the widget off from your dashboard settings while we look.
