What does Syrixia read from my store?

Your product catalog with variants and stock, store policies, pages, blog posts, and any FAQs you add by hand. When a shopper asks about their own order and gives the order number and checkout email, it reads that order’s live status to answer them. It does not browse your customer list and it never sees payment details.

Can it track orders and handle returns?

Yes. A shopper who shares their order number and checkout email gets the live order status. For returns, it checks your policy, tells the shopper whether the order still qualifies, and sends the request to you to approve. It reads order status and guides returns per your policy; it never issues a refund and never touches checkout. Works on Shopify and WooCommerce.

How does it prove it makes money?

When a shopper adds to cart inside a conversation, Syrixia remembers that cart. If the same cart becomes a paid order, the order is matched to the conversation and counted as assistant revenue on your dashboard. Only provable matches are counted.

How long does setup take?

A few minutes. Shopify stores approve access once. WooCommerce stores paste API keys. Custom sites paste one script. Indexing starts immediately.

What happens when it does not know an answer?

It says so and hands the conversation to you. The shopper’s message and email land in your inbox, next to their past orders and lifetime value, so you reply with the full picture. It does not invent product details, prices, or policies.

Does it work with my theme?

Yes. The widget renders in its own isolated frame, so your theme cannot break it and it cannot break your theme. It weighs 18 kilobytes and loads after your content.

Does it touch my checkout or payments?

No. It adds products to the cart when asked, and checkout and payment stay inside Shopify, WooCommerce, or your store. It never sees card details and never issues refunds.

Which platforms are supported?

Shopify and WooCommerce today. Custom storefronts work through a small script and cart adapter.
