Merchants and other people whose information is held by Syrixia POS can contact us to make a privacy request.

How to make a request

  1. Contact Syrixia POS on WhatsApp +92 316 5889543 using the number connected with your shop or account where possible.
  2. State whether you want to access, correct or delete information, and identify the relevant shop or account.
  3. We may ask for enough information to verify that you are authorized to make the request. Do not send passwords, PINs or payment-card details.

What happens next

We will review the request and explain what can be corrected or deleted. Some records may need to be retained for security, fraud prevention, disputes, backups or applicable legal obligations. A merchant should export any business records it needs before asking for an account or shop deletion.

WhatsApp reports

The shop owner can separately ask us to stop optional WhatsApp owner reports and remove the saved reporting number. See the full Privacy Policy for more information.
